Hospitality Innovation

Students will engage in profession-based experiences in a dynamic, business-like setting. Students in the Hospitality Innovation strand will pursue knowledge and develop skills in the restaurant and service industries. This strand will focus on practical and innovative applications of consumer needs as well as how to market these services. Students will apply their learning through projects and experiences that require collaborative teams to solve problems and communicate results to business and industry partners.
