Mentorship is integrated into the year-long LAUNCH experience. This career exploration opportunity for students occurs through on-the-job or virtual visitations in a career field related to the student-selected strand. Students are matched with adult/professional mentors working in their career interest area. Plans developed by the student and mentor/supervisor help structure and guide the experience. Through authentic, project-based experiences, students gain the required 40 hours of unpaid workplace exposure.
